Dhofar Automotive continues to transform customer experience in the service lane

With the launch of the service Centre so close on the heels of its Mabella facility, Dhofar Automotive not only reiterates its excellence in providing stellar customer experience, but also emphasizes its dominance in creating complete and superior service facilities for its customers.

Located near Sayarati Tyre Centre, in Azaiba, the Fiat Chrysler Service Centre has been conceived to offer a convenient and exciting ‘Fiat Chrysler experience’ to customers, centralized booking process, meet and greet service, a 45-minute express service, engaging audio-visual displays, a customer lounge with free Wi-Fi, six-minute service diagnostics and avant-garde wheel balancing bay are some of the customer facilities provided at this  new facility. Dhofar Automotive promises customers a 45 minute Express Lane Service and a 4 hours Express Plus major service, with prior appointments.

With its ease of access the new location further strengthens the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, Fiat and Alfa Romeo brand’s presence in Oman, by offering a greatly-enhanced aftersales experience.
